All bonuses at 9koi come with wagering requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is ×30 of the total bonus amount are accepted. Example: If you receive a RM100 bonus, you are required to wager a total of RM3,000 (100 × 30) before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement is industry-standard and is in place to ensure fair bonus usage across all members.
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum bet per spin or hand is RM50 or 10% of the bonus value received, whichever is lower. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited and any associated winnings being voided.

If wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be automatically removed from your account. Your original deposit is not affected by bonus expiry.
You may choose to decline a bonus before accepting it if you wish to make a withdrawal without fulfilling the wagering requirements. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it cannot be removed without fulfilling the associated requirements.
